CSUSB Leadership Challenge Center

The CSUSB Leadership Challenge Center offers a variety of programs aimed at fostering leadership and collaboration skills. As part of the Cal State San Bernardino Recreational Sports program, the center provides experiences that focus on trust-building, enhancing social skills, and improving physical abilities. These programs are designed for students, departments, clubs, businesses, and local groups who want to develop effective communication and cooperation within their teams.

Activities at the center include both indoor and outdoor challenges that encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones. For example, participants might engage in problem-solving exercises that require teamwork or take on physical challenges like climbing walls or navigating obstacle courses.
