The Adventure Park At Virginia Aquarium

The Adventure Park at Virginia Aquarium provides an engaging outdoor experience where groups can enjoy climbing and zip lining among the trees. Situated between the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center's South Building, this park offers a self-guided tree-to-tree climbing adventure. Before starting, participants receive a safety briefing and practice session, setting the stage for exploring 17 different trails. These trails are color-coded, similar to ski trails, to accommodate various skill levels and encourage self-discovery. The park is designed for adults and children aged five and up, making it accessible to those at any fitness level.

With over 258 crossings made of rope, cable, and wood, including 33 zip lines, the park presents diverse challenges and experiences. The longest zip line stretches 315 feet across Owls Creek, offering a memorable view.
