Client Event Travel Disruption Policy
We realize that travel disruptions can happen and we may be unable to reach your location which can cause a delay or a need to reschedule your event. Please see our policy below for what to expect when there are travel disruptions to ensure the safety and well-being of our team and yours while minimizing the impact on your event.
Travel Disruptions may include, but are not limited to: storms, fog, freezing conditions, extreme temperatures, air quality concerns, natural disasters, or other transit-related issues.
Communication Protocol:
In the event of a travel disruption, we will promptly communicate with you using the contact information provided in your contract. Additionally, if you have any concerns regarding the travel arrangements of your own employees to the site, please reach out to us at vip@teambuilding.com.
Responsibilities and Alternative Solutions:
We are committed to making every effort to reach your location for your scheduled event. This may include assigning a new staff member who is able to travel to your location or rescheduling your event to a time when conditions are expected to clear. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer alternative solutions, such as virtual event options if available.
Additional Costs:
We will make every effort to minimize any additional costs resulting from travel changes, and we will bear the associated expenses.
