How it Works
Invest in the physical wellbeing of your team with these fitness classes designed for remote workers. Our experienced fitness instructors lead each class based on your chosen degree of d and we can accommodate all levels of physical fitness.
We offer a variety of different class types, including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Dance Cardio, HIIT, or Strength Training. All classes are run over a private, secure video conference line that we provide. No equipment is required, though we do encourage participants to bring yoga or exercise mats for floor activities if readily available.
Each class runs for 45 minutes and can accommodate up to 30 participants. Large groups are more than welcome to schedule multiple sessions throughout the day. You can even opt to schedule a variety of classes so your team can select what to participate in based on unique, individual interests.
