  • Core & More – Full-body workout with extra focus on core strength

  • YoPilates- Amazing mix of yinyasa yoga and pilates. Strong and focused all the way through.

  • Stretch / Recharge – Full-body stretch, light core work, improved body awareness, and relaxing breathwork (great for those who don't love traditional yoga but want to stretch)

  • HITT Training– High-intensity interval training (typically 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest)

  • Body Blast – Fun, upbeat mix of cardio and strength training

  • Yoga/ HITT or Core/HITT- fun combo classes

  • 4 WEEK SERIES are also availalbe where we have a goal to acheive or progress class each week.
