How it Works

We run fun virtual campfires for remote workers, that includes historic ghost stories, icebreaker questions, small team building competitions and real s’mores. Plus mini-games, challenges and more group activities. tiny campfire 🔥 is all the fun of a real camp night, with no mosquito repellent required.

Before your virtual campfire team building event, we send each of your remote team colleagues a tiny campfire kit. This kit includes a campfire-candle, wood matches, s’more ingredients and other essential components. It’s like getting a little care package in the mail, which is a great way to boost team happiness and engagement pre-event. The shipped products mean we need at least a week or two to reach most destinations, so we recommend planning ahead. On camp day, we send each of your coworkers a link to a video conference room and run the experience.

tiny campfire is a 90 minute event, and is semi-digital because of the s'more kits. Semi-digital experiences combine the best practices of our fun online events with the real "touch, taste and feel" of having something to eat. We can also do 'bring your own kit" virtual campfires if you prefer to source the ingredients locally. Our energetic virtual facilitators, aka Camp Counselors, will help create high spirits, engagement and shared memories for your team. We can accommodate all group sizes, from a small group of five to a large group of 500 and beyond.
