How it works
AcroSports is a non-profit organization that focuses on teaching acrobatics, gymnastics, circus skills, and urban arts. The center offers a range of classes for people of all ages, from young children to adults. These classes vary from group sessions to private or semi-private lessons, catering to everyone from beginners to advanced learners. Additionally, AcroSports hosts seasonal camps during the winter and summer months for children aged 6-12 and has special programs for preschoolers aged 4-5.
The facility also serves as a venue for hosting events like birthday parties, where participants can enjoy activities such as gymnastics instruction and rides on the zipline and bungee. The company takes care of party logistics by providing compostable tableware and decorations. Beyond its in-house offerings, AcroSports extends its expertise through a community outreach program, partnering with schools and PTAs to deliver fitness instruction to K-12 students. All coaches at AcroSports hold certifications with USA Gymnastics and are CPR-certified, ensuring a safe learning environment.

Our Review
Updated
Our evaluation of AcroSports reveals a unique blend of physical activity and team building that can invigorate any group. The facility's focus on acrobatics, gymnastics, and circus skills provides an engaging platform for teams to step out of their comfort zones and develop trust through shared challenges. This activity is particularly well-suited for creative teams who thrive on dynamic and unconventional experiences. The certified coaches ensure a safe environment, which is crucial for participants who may be new to these types of physical activities.
One thing to keep in mind is that while AcroSports offers an exciting array of activities, it may not be the best fit for analytical teams who prefer more structured or cerebral challenges. Additionally, larger groups might find it difficult to engage fully if the space becomes crowded, potentially limiting the personal attention each participant receives. However, small to medium-sized teams looking to build camaraderie through physical interaction will likely find this experience rewarding. Established teams can benefit from the opportunity to see colleagues in a new light, while new teams might appreciate the ice-breaking nature of such an active setting. Overall, AcroSports offers a distinctive approach to team building that can foster both individual growth and collective synergy.
