Our Review
Updated
Our first impression of Axe Games is that it offers a refreshing twist on traditional team building activities by centering around the unique experience of axe throwing. This venue is particularly well-suited for teams looking to break away from conventional office settings and engage in a more dynamic and hands-on activity. The thrill of aiming and throwing axes at targets can foster camaraderie and healthy competition, which can be especially beneficial for new teams or those seeking to inject some energy into their group dynamics. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the activity may not be the best fit for more analytical teams who prefer structured problem-solving exercises over physical challenges.
The venue's capacity to accommodate up to 40 people makes it an excellent choice for medium-sized groups looking to bond over a shared experience. The inclusion of a fully licensed restaurant adds an additional layer of interaction, allowing team members to relax and socialize between rounds, which can enhance the overall team-building experience. For established teams, this setting provides an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships in a casual yet engaging environment. However, larger groups might find it challenging to ensure everyone gets ample time participating in the axe-throwing activity itself. Overall, Axe Games presents a compelling option for those seeking a blend of excitement and social interaction in their team-building efforts.
