How it works
Be Inspired offers a refreshing way for groups to connect through creative activities like painting classes and art sessions. Participants can enjoy "Paint & Sip" events where they relax with a drink in hand while painting under the guidance of an instructor. These sessions provide a relaxed atmosphere where colleagues can explore their artistic side and collaborate on projects, such as creating murals or working on commissioned art pieces.
The company also organizes special events like fundraising initiatives and birthday parties, providing all necessary materials and planning assistance. This ensures that participants can focus on enjoying the creative process without the stress of logistics. By participating in these activities, team members can build stronger relationships, improve communication skills, and encourage innovative thinking.

Our Review
Updated
Our evaluation of Be Inspired's Paint & Sip activity reveals a unique and engaging opportunity for teams to unwind and connect through creativity. This activity stands out as an excellent choice for creative teams looking to foster innovation and collaboration in a relaxed setting. The combination of painting with a casual sip creates an informal atmosphere that can help break down barriers, making it particularly beneficial for new or smaller teams looking to establish rapport and build interpersonal connections.
One thing to keep in mind is that while Paint & Sip is ideal for creative or mixed-discipline groups, it may not be the best fit for highly analytical teams who might prefer more structured problem-solving activities. Additionally, larger groups might find the intimate nature of the sessions challenging if not adequately managed, as personal attention from instructors could become diluted. However, Be Inspired’s provision of all necessary materials and planning assistance ensures that participants can focus on the experience itself rather than logistical concerns. Overall, this activity offers a refreshing way for colleagues to explore their artistic sides while strengthening team dynamics through shared creative endeavors.
