Our Review
Updated
Our thoughts on Combat Ops Entertainment-Columbus reveal a multifaceted venue that caters to a wide range of team-building preferences. The standout feature is undoubtedly the expansive mission-based laser tag arena, which offers an engaging way for teams to work on strategy and communication in a high-energy setting. This activity is particularly well-suited for larger groups or established teams that thrive on collaboration and tactical challenges. However, it might be less ideal for smaller teams or those new to each other, as the intensity could overshadow initial bonding efforts.
Beyond laser tag, the venue's axe throwing lanes provide an opportunity for more physical engagement, appealing especially to analytical teams looking to break away from their usual routines. The inclusion of nerf-style tag and an extensive arcade ensures there are options for various interests, making it easier to cater to diverse team dynamics. One thing to keep in mind is that while the variety of activities can accommodate different team sizes and types, the competitive nature may not resonate with all participants. The on-site café offering adult beverages adds a relaxed dimension post-activity, fostering social interaction and reflection on shared experiences. Overall, this venue offers a robust mix of activities that can enhance team cohesion through both play and socializing.
