How it works
Kraken CycleBoats provides a unique way to explore waterways by combining cycling and boating. The company offers pedal-powered boats where groups can work together to navigate through scenic routes. Participants sit around a central bar-like structure, each with a set of pedals, allowing everyone to contribute to the boat's movement. This setup encourages social interaction and teamwork as individuals coordinate their efforts to keep the vessel moving smoothly.
The company creates an environment that fosters camaraderie and collaboration among participants. While pedaling, groups can enjoy music and refreshments that they bring along, making it a personalized outing. The experience is designed for those looking for an engaging group activity that involves both physical effort and socializing on the water. Whether it’s coworkers looking for an outing or friends wanting a unique day out, the cycleboat experience offers a refreshing change from traditional group activities.

Our Review
Updated
Our first impression of Kraken CycleBoats is that it offers a refreshing twist on traditional team building activities by merging cycling with boating. This unique setup encourages participants to engage in both physical activity and social interaction, making it an ideal choice for teams looking to strengthen camaraderie while enjoying the outdoors. The pedal-powered boats require coordination and communication, which can be particularly beneficial for new teams aiming to break the ice or established teams seeking to reinforce their collaborative skills.
One thing to keep in mind is that this activity may not be the best fit for larger groups, as the intimate setting of the cycleboat is more conducive to smaller teams where everyone can actively participate. Creative teams might find inspiration in the scenic surroundings and informal atmosphere, while analytical groups could appreciate the strategic element of coordinating pedal power efficiently. However, those who are less inclined towards physical activities might find this experience challenging. Overall, Kraken CycleBoats provides a memorable way for teams to bond through a shared goal of navigating waterways together.
