How it works
Lock and Key Escape Rooms was founded by brothers Alex and Tony, who share a passion for games and puzzles. After experiencing their first escape room in 2015, they decided to create an interactive adventure space of their own. The company offers a unique experience where participants are placed in a themed room with the objective of solving puzzles to "escape". Each scenario is crafted with a blend of storytelling and brain-teasers, providing an engaging challenge that puts participants at the center of the action.
The company provides options for various events, including corporate gatherings. Participants can book an experience online or choose to have a mobile escape room brought directly to their location. This flexibility allows for creative problem-solving in different environments, fostering collaboration among colleagues or friends. With its focus on immersive experiences, the company aims to offer memorable activities that encourage teamwork and communication.

Our Review
Updated
Our first impression of Lock and Key Escape Rooms is that it offers a compelling blend of storytelling and problem-solving, making it an intriguing choice for team-building activities. The immersive nature of their themed rooms provides a unique opportunity for teams to engage in creative problem-solving while navigating complex puzzles. This can be particularly beneficial for creative teams looking to enhance their collaborative skills or for new teams aiming to break the ice through shared challenges. The option to bring the escape room experience directly to your location adds a layer of convenience, especially for larger groups or corporate events seeking a tailored experience without logistical hassles.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that while these escape rooms are excellent for fostering creativity and communication, they may not be the best fit for analytical teams who prefer structured tasks over abstract problem-solving. Additionally, smaller teams might find the experience less challenging if the puzzles are designed with larger groups in mind. Overall, from our perspective, Lock and Key Escape Rooms can serve as an engaging platform for team building by promoting teamwork and enhancing interpersonal communication through its interactive adventures.
