How it works
The Locked Room offers an immersive experience where groups of 6-12 people collaborate to solve a series of interconnected puzzles within a themed space. The challenge is set in motion as participants enter a room filled with clues and mysteries that require teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity to unravel. As each puzzle is solved, new parts of the room open up, revealing more clues and challenges. It’s a race against the clock, with just 60 minutes to decipher all the elements and make a successful escape.
The puzzles inside The Locked Room are designed to engage diverse skill sets, incorporating logic tasks, mathematical problems, searching for hidden objects, word games, and mechanical challenges. This variety ensures that everyone can contribute their strengths to the process. The environment fosters collaboration and communication as participants must work together to piece together the mystery. Successfully completing all the tasks within the time limit brings not just the satisfaction of solving complex problems but also a shared sense of achievement among team members.

Our Review
Updated
Our first impression of The Locked Room is that it offers a dynamic and engaging escape game experience, ideal for teams looking to enhance their problem-solving and collaborative skills. The activity is well-suited for groups ranging from 6 to 12 participants, making it an excellent choice for small to medium-sized teams. The variety of puzzles, which include logic tasks, mathematical problems, and mechanical challenges, ensures that team members with diverse skill sets can contribute meaningfully to the group's success.
One thing to keep in mind is that while The Locked Room can be a fantastic bonding opportunity for established teams familiar with each other's working styles, new teams might find the time pressure challenging if they haven't yet developed strong communication channels. Additionally, creative teams may relish the chance to think outside the box and tackle unconventional puzzles, whereas highly analytical groups might appreciate the logical structure of the challenges. However, larger groups may find it difficult to ensure everyone is actively engaged throughout the experience due to space constraints and limited roles within each puzzle. Overall, The Locked Room provides a thrilling environment that encourages teamwork and innovation under pressure.
