Our Review
Updated
Our first impression of Whimsy By Kelly is that it offers a refreshing blend of creativity and mindfulness, making it an intriguing option for team building activities. The variety of classes available, from painting to meditative art practices like Zentangle, provides a versatile platform for teams to explore their artistic sides while fostering personal expression. This environment can be particularly beneficial for creative teams looking to enhance their collaborative spirit or established teams seeking new ways to connect outside the office. The inclusion of activities such as art journaling and coloring for relaxation adds an element of stress relief that can be valuable in high-pressure work environments.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that while Whimsy By Kelly's offerings are broad, they might not be the best fit for analytical teams or those less inclined towards artistic endeavors. The focus on personal expression and creativity could be less engaging for groups who thrive on data-driven tasks or prefer more structured team-building exercises. Additionally, larger groups may find it challenging to maintain cohesion in more intimate settings like art classes. Overall, Whimsy By Kelly presents a unique opportunity for small to medium-sized teams interested in exploring creativity as a means of strengthening team dynamics and enhancing communication skills.
