About Grace

Grace is a people and culture leader who focuses on helping teams work better together. She served as Director of People & Culture at teambuilding.com, where she supported hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and overall workplace experience. In this role, she worked with leadership to build a strong, positive culture and to make sure team members felt supported, connected, and set up to do their best work—especially in a remote environment.

At teambuilding.com, Grace helped run programs that improved communication, teamwork, and employee satisfaction. She worked on initiatives that brought people together, strengthened relationships across teams, and made day-to-day work more engaging. Her experience gave her a practical understanding of what helps teams stay motivated, collaborate well, and grow over time.

She also studied Information Science at East China Normal University, and later earned her MBA from Washington State University.
