Players will race to be the first to answer in main room challenges, and bond with their teams in breakout room huddles. While strategizing and working through challenges, players learn about their teammates' holiday stories, traditions, and favorite things.

This year, teams will engage in an event-long "snowball fight" game, where players will listen for secret words, leading up to the final White Elephant challenge, where teams must use strategy and wit to select the most valuable mystery presents.

Before wrapping up, your host names the victors – because of course, while the holidays are about celebrating with your community, winning feels pretty good too!

As attendees enter the virtual meeting space, our hospitable host will greet them warmly, delivering a thorough introduction to the event's structure and the thrilling activities on the agenda. This enthusiastic welcome sets the tone for next 90 minutes.
Snowball

5 minutes

Throughout the event, we will have an ongoing snowball fight game. The host will say snowball at random moments during the event and the first person to type "snowball" in the chat will earn points.
Team formation

10 minutes

Participants will split into breakout rooms for small group discussion and icebreakers. During this time, teammates will get to know each other and choose a festive team name.
Holiday Trivia

20 minutes

A quiz-style throw down of the snappiest seasonal trivia questions to get you cozy and in the winter holiday spirit.
White Elephant

35 minutes

Round 1: We give a set of gift options with vague hints and each team gets to either unwrap a new gift or steal a gift from another team with the goal of obtaining the most valuable possible item. Round 2: Teams get another chance to steal or unwrap gifts, but this time they have to earn the opportunity to get a new gift by completing trivia and challenges.
Winners + wrap-up

10 minutes

Hosts will announce the winners of White Elephant and the event at large. Partygoers will pose for a very festive photo before ending on a warm fuzzy note with a spirited team cheer.
