Originally from Maryland and raised in Wisconsin, Derek now coordinates and facilitates engaging corporate events worldwide from his home base in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Since joining the company in November 2020, he has consistently leveraged his extensive background in guest services to ensure every team-building event runs flawlessly and exceeds client expectations.
Stepping into his leadership role in 2022, Derek specializes in optimizing the event planning process to make life easier for both his colleagues and the clients they serve. His deep understanding of team dynamics and event logistics allows him to anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and seamlessly guide groups through memorable, high-impact experiences. Above all, Derek is driven by a genuine passion for hospitality and a simple but powerful goal: making people smile while fostering stronger, more collaborative connections among coworkers.
