Guided by a friendly plant expert, participants hand-select succulents planted in a bubble bowl with stones, soil, and decorative accents to build an open-air terrarium that thrives on minimal care. It's a creative wellness break that sparks conversation, calms the mind, and sends everyone home with a living keepsake. Your Luludi facilitator comes to your office, venue, or event space with all supplies. Then the fun begins: -Learn about succulents, soil layering, drainage, and design basics -Hand-build an open glass terrarium using curated plants and décor -Add personality with colored pebbles, stones, moss, & mini figurines -Hear care tips to keep arrangements thriving at home or at work -Enjoy plenty of guidance, laughs, and photo-worthy moments No green thumb required, just curiosity and creativity! This hands-on botanical workshop helps teams relax, collaborate, and create something meaningful together. Each time participants admire their succulent terrarium, they'll remember the energizing experience you hosted!

Our plant-loving hosts greet your team and walk through the flow of the experience, materials, and creative possibilities. We give a brief overview of biophilia and the benefits of having plants in your space, from boosting mood and creativity to reducing stress. Then we kick things off with a quick multiple-choice icebreaker quiz featuring fun plant facts, setting an upbeat tone for connection and conversation.
Instructor Lead Terrarium Creating

45 minutes

It’s time for your team to roll up their sleeves to design their own terrariums using soil, stones, moss, succulents or air plants, and decorative accents. Participants experiment with layering, height, texture, and placement—cheering each other on and sharing ideas. Hosts circulate to offer tips, plant care notes, and fun facts along the way.
Wrap up and Group Photo

10 minutes

We close with a group photo and a chance for everyone to show off their creations, ask final questions, and keep socializing.

You can book for an estimated guest count and finalize up to 7 days before your event. Extra guests are invoiced at the per-person rate.
You provide the space - we bring the plants and everything else!
The space should have tables for small working groups, trash cans, and a hand-washing or sanitizer station, plus access for your host(s) to arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup.
