Intro + artnapping investigatory team formations

10 minutes

Our hosts will welcome teams into the virtual meeting room and kick off the case by sharing a recap of the crime, list of suspects, and background information about the artwork. Players will then split into detective teams to investigate the mystery in groups. Each squad will choose a team name and a reporter to receive and keep track of clues.
Series of artfully designed clues + puzzles

70 minutes

Your group will solve puzzles, piece together clues, and work together to unravel the mystery behind this daring art heist. Example challenges could include identifying giveaway details in forged artwork and piecing together a collaborative digital jigsaw puzzle. These activities aim to inspire critical thought, attention to detail, teamwork, and thoughtful discussion. Through supplementary mini-challenges, players will also have the opportunity to earn extra clues for their team.
Mysteries revealed + wrap up

10 minutes

After taking time to evaluate clues and talk through theories as teams, the group will reunite to confirm the analysis. The host will reveal the true culprit and motive of the crime and congratulate teams who arrived at the correct conclusions. The event will end with the group celebrating their collective hard work, posing for a team photo, and closing the case with a cheer.
