As your guests arrive into the virtual room, our warm and friendly host will greet them and provide a comprehensive overview of the engaging activities to come over the next 90 minutes. Partygoers will split into teams via breakout rooms and will choose a team name and spokesperson. This step adds an element of teamwork to the celebration and gets participants ready to compete.

Team members will compete in a series of games, activities, and challenges that center around the retiree or the theme of retirement. This portion of the event is customizable and tailorable to the guest of honor for a more personalized event. Besides getting to win together with the guest of honor one last time, these activities strengthen overall team dynamics and ensure that relationships stay strong and your group remains a powerhouse team even after the retiree departs.
Final farewells

10 minutes

Because no farwell party is complete without touching goodbyes, we have included time and motivation for participants to celebrate the honoree and wish them well in their new journey. Team members give short toasts to the honoree, and the celebrant will have an opportunity to speak if desired.
Wrap up + conclusion

10 minutes

The host will announce and congratulate the winners and reflect on the experience with the group. Participants will pose for a commemerative picture and will end the event with a team cheer.

For 100 or fewer kits, addresses are due at least 10 days before your event. For 101 or more kits, addresses are due at least 15 days before your event. This add-on is only available for participants within the continental United States. Alcohol cannot be shipped to the following states: AL, AR, ID, VA, MI, NC, OH, TN and UT, though we can ship a complete mocktail kit to guests in those states. Adult signature is required.
