2. Sweepstake Period
The Win 2 Backstreet Boys tickets for The Sphere in Las Vegas! Sweepstake ("Sweepstake") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 22, 2026 ("Sweepstake Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstake.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter — Free Entry
Mail-In Entry (free alternative): To enter without visiting the website, hand-print your full name, email address, and mailing address on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: teambuilding.com Sweepstake Entry, 5940 S Rainbow Blvd Ste 400 PMB 81894, Las Vegas, NV 89118-2507. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 22, 2026 and received by June 29, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Bonus Entries
Registered entrants who have submitted a valid base entry may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries") during the Sweepstake Period through the following actions. No purchase is required to earn any Bonus Entry; free alternatives are provided below.
a) Referral Bonus — +1 entry per referred co-worker or professional
After submitting a valid base entry, you will receive a unique referral link. For each person who uses your referral link to submit their own valid base entry during the Sweepstake Period, you will receive one (1) additional entry. There is no cap on referral bonus entries. Referred entrants must themselves be eligible to enter. Self-referral is not permitted.
b) Blog Comment Bonus — +1 entry per approved comment
For each comment you post on a qualifying article on teambuilding.com that is approved during the Sweepstake Period, you will receive one (1) additional entry. To qualify, a comment must: (i) be at least 50 words in length; (ii) share a genuine personal story, insight, or anecdote; (iii) be submitted using the same email address used to enter the Sweepstake; and (iv) be approved by Sponsor's moderation team. There is no limit on the number of qualifying comment bonus entries, provided each comment is on a different qualifying article. Qualifying articles are listed on the entry confirmation page and are subject to change.
c) Booking Bonus — +1 entry per guest in a confirmed booking
If a confirmed team building activity booking is placed on teambuilding.com using the same email address used to enter the Sweepstake, the entrant will receive one (1) additional entry for every guest included in that confirmed booking (e.g., a booking for 20 guests earns 20 additional entries). Only confirmed (paid) bookings made during the Sweepstake Period are eligible. Each booking may only be credited once.
Free alternative to Booking Bonus: To receive bonus entries equal to a specific guest count without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, entry email address, mailing address, and the number of bonus entries requested on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to: teambuilding.com Booking Bonus Request, 5940 S Rainbow Blvd Ste 400 PMB 81894, Las Vegas, NV 89118-2507. Limit one (1) such request per person per week, not to exceed 50 bonus entries per request. Requests must be postmarked during the Sweepstake Period. Mechanically reproduced requests are void.
d) LinkedIn Follow Bonus — +1 entry
Entrants who click the "Follow on LinkedIn" button on the entry confirmation page and follow the official teambuilding.com LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/company/teambuilding) will receive one (1) additional entry. Limit one (1) LinkedIn Follow Bonus per entrant. The bonus is credited upon clicking the button on the confirmation page.
Free alternative to LinkedIn Follow Bonus: To claim this bonus entry without visiting LinkedIn, hand-print your full name, entry email address, and mailing address on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to: teambuilding.com LinkedIn Bonus Request, 5940 S Rainbow Blvd Ste 400 PMB 81894, Las Vegas, NV 89118-2507. Limit one (1) request per person. Request must be postmarked during the Sweepstake Period.
e) Client Advisor Call Bonus — +3 entries
Entrants who indicated genuine interest in planning a future team building activity at the time of entry, and who subsequently book and attend a free 15-minute planning call with a teambuilding.com Client Advisor via the link on the entry confirmation page, will receive three (3) additional entries. Limit one (1) Client Advisor Call Bonus per entrant. This bonus is available only to entrants who indicated an upcoming team building timeline on the entry form. Entries are awarded when the booking link is clicked on the confirmation page; however, Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the bonus and disqualify the entrant if the scheduled call is missed, cancelled without rescheduling, or if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the entrant did not have a genuine interest in planning a team building activity.
Free alternative to Client Advisor Call Bonus: To claim this bonus without booking a call, hand-print your full name, entry email address, mailing address, and the words "Advisor Call Bonus" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to: teambuilding.com Advisor Bonus Request, 5940 S Rainbow Blvd Ste 400 PMB 81894, Las Vegas, NV 89118-2507. Limit one (1) request per person. Request must be postmarked during the Sweepstake Period.
6. Prize
Prize: The "Larger Than Life" Grand Prize.
Win 2 tickets to see the Backstreet Boys perform a legendary set at The Sphere in Las Vegas. The winner of the tickets will be announced on June 22nd, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $600.00.
One (1) prize will be awarded. No cash equivalent or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. If any prize or portion of a prize is unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection
On or about June 29, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries (including all valid Bonus Entries). Each eligible entry represents one (1) chance of winning. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstake Period.
8. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of the date of notification. Failure to return these documents in the required time period, failure to comply with these Official Rules, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstake if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstake, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstake may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering this Sweepstake, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstake or any prize won. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail; (b) entries not received due to technical failures; (c) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstake; or (d) any injury or damage to any person or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstake.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
13. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstake, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules or provisions. By entering, entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and agree to have any claims resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
