The experience begins with a welcome reception featuring beverages, charcuterie, and cheese, giving teams time to relax and connect. Participants then join a professional chef for a hands-on Italian cooking class, preparing a multi-course dinner from scratch in a lively, social setting.

The menu includes Italian salad with balsamic vinaigrette, freshly stretched mozzarella, handmade ricotta ravioli, fettuccine with lemon chicken, and classic tiramisu. The experience ends with everyone enjoying the meal together. 

*Lemon chicken is the only non-vegetarian item and represents a small portion of the menu, making it suitable for varied dietary preferences.

  1. Welcome Reception
    20 minutes
    Arrival, beverages, charcuterie, and cheese. Introduction from the chef and overview of the menu and flow of the experience.
  2. Hands-On Cooking Experience
    70 minutes
    Participants collaborate on preparing a multi-course Italian dinner from scratch, including fresh mozzarella, handmade pasta, and dessert. Chef guidance provided throughout.
  3. Final Cooking & Plating
    30 minutes
    Finishing touches, plating dishes, and preparing for the shared meal.
  4. Seated Team Dinner
    60 minutes
    The group sits down together to enjoy the Italian feast they created, including tiramisu to finish.

You should know

  • The total duration is approximately 3 hours, including reception, hands-on cooking, and seated dinner. No prior cooking experience is required — the activity is designed for all skill levels.

  • Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance so we can accommodate accordingly. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended.

  • Beer and wine packages are available as an optional add-on and must be arranged prior to the event.

  • Final headcount confirmation is required in advance of the scheduled date. Cancellation and rescheduling requests can be made up to 30 days before the event. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 30 days of the event, we can only issue a 50% store credit. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 7 days before the event, no refund or store credit will be issued. If a guest in the party can no longer come, this is considered a cancellation. Cancellation rules apply to guest count.
