    Your group will build its dream chalet, break into teams to compete in a series of creative and collaborative ski-inspired challenges, relax with Hot Tub Trivia, and wrap up by creating personalized postcards from your adventure.       Guests get to work together to design their ideal Ski Chalet experience by deciding where their Chalet is located and what amenities it offers. Think of this like a personality quiz/icebreaker to establish the world of the event.
    3. S'Mores Making (& Eating!)
      15 minutes
      The moment you’ve all been waiting for, guests dig into their S’mores kits and feast on gooey marshmallow goodness around the tiniest, cutest campfire you’ve ever seen.
    4. Team Formation
      5 minutes
      The host breaks the group up into smaller teams. Each team establishes critical details about themselves.
    5. So You Think You Can Ski
      20 minutes
      Teams must complete a series of varied competitive challenges as they race to get down the slopes faster than the other teams.
    6. Hot Tub Trivia
      12 minutes
      Cozy up in a warm place for some trivia based challenges.
    7. Postcards From Vacation
      13 minutes
      Each team collaborates to craft creative postcards to sum up their Ski Chalet experience.

      Send your guests a cocktail or mocktail kit right to their front door! Options rotate seasonally so there's always a fresh new drink for your group to enjoy. Your guests will be able to choose from two or three different alcoholic kits, which include mini bottles of alcohol and enough fix-ins to make two drinks, or a non-alcoholic kit with everything needed for a delicious mocktail. For 100 or fewer kits, addresses are due at least 10 days before your event. For 101 or more kits, addresses are due at least 15 days before your event. This add-on is only available for participants within the continental United States. Alcohol cannot be shipped to the following states: AL, AR, ID, VA, MI, NC, OH, TN and UT, though we can ship a complete mocktail kit to guests in those states. Adult signature is required. Packages not signed for will be returned to sender after three delivery attempts. Please provide your guests' email addresses for tracking information.

After your event, the winners will receive an email to input their address and select their chosen prize!

Pricing includes shipping to all 50 states and US territories. International shipping to Canada available for an additional $8 per box and select other countries for $20 per box.

    • All participants need a computer with webcam, microphone, and internet connection capable of video calls. No downloads required.

    • For larger groups of more than 75 attendees, we may recommend dividing your participants into multiple concurrent sessions.

    • If your group is joining us in a hybrid format, we recommend dividing your in-person guests into multiple teams in their own space!

    • Addresses are required at least 14 days in advance of your event.
