  2. The 5 Elements of an Engaging Story
    60 minutes
    We walk the group through our five-part framework and build in guided practice along the way. Participants then craft their own American Southwest inspired story in a team setting, using Arizona history and local legends as creative fuel.
  3. Delivery & Feedback
    30 minutes
    Participants share their stories with the group and receive feedback from both peers and the facilitator in a supportive, structured format. The facilitator adjusts the feedback process to match the room, ensuring everyone feels comfortable participating and leaving with clear ways to level up.
