How it works

Gingerbread Games is our most popular holiday event. You and your squad of hand-decorated Gingerbread People are on a mission to take control of the Winter Wonderland! Compete against other squads in mini-challenges that will test creativity, physical prowess, cleverness, and strategy. Perfect for those who love strategy, snacks, board game nights, and playing with their food.

Prior to the event, attendees receive kits containing gingerbread people cookies, frosting, and sprinkles. Our kits are sourced from a small-batch, boutique bakery and made exclusively for our clients, meaning booking this event also supports a women-owned small business!

Rather than simply following a decorating tutorial on Zoom, teammates use the cookies as part of mini-games. For example, glancing at a design and recreating it from memory, or decorating cookies with the correct animal alluded to in a riddle. Of course, there will also be time for your team to let their creativity run wild and freestyle decorate.

    Our talented hosts will welcome guests into the virtual room and provide a full rundown of the exciting activities team members can look forward to. This step ensures that guests have cookie kits ready and are excited for the games to come.
  2. Team formation
    10 minutes
    Our hosts will divide your group into small groups who come together to team up and strategize with each other throughout the event. Great for small and large group bonding!
  3. First Decorating Session & Trivia
    10 minutes
    We'll invite your participants, in one large-group session, to decorate their first gingerbread cookie and compete in fun, high-energy trivia while they get creative!
  4. Ginger Snap Shots!
    5 minutes
    We'll introduce our favorite event-long activity where participants are tasked throughout the event to match a decorating prompt shared by their host! For example, your host might say "Show me a cookie you've decorated with green sprinkles!"
  5. Cookie Riddles!
    15 minutes
    Creativity soars in this word-puzzles-meets-decorating challenge as your team will decorate cookies to match riddles.
  6. Cookie Cutter
    15 minutes
    Participants are briefly shown an image of a decorated gingerbread person and need to come together to recreate that person as best they can with their cookies, frosting, and sprinkles!
  7. Gingerbread, Assemble!
    15 minutes
    Let the Gingerbread Games begin! Teams receive a random villain generator, and as a team, they have to decide how their decorated group of Gingerbread People would defeat that villain.
  8. Conclusion + wrap up!
    10 minutes
    We'll name the winners and end your event with the same great high energy we started with!

    Send your guests a cocktail or mocktail kit right to their front door! Options rotate seasonally so there's always a fresh new drink for your group to enjoy. Your guests will be able to choose from two or three different alcoholic kits, which include mini bottles of alcohol and enough fix-ins to make two drinks, or a non-alcoholic kit with everything needed for a delicious mocktail. For 100 or fewer kits, addresses are due at least 10 days before your event. For 101 or more kits, addresses are due at least 15 days before your event. This add-on is only available for participants within the continental United States. Alcohol cannot be shipped to the following states: AL, AR, ID, VA, MI, NC, OH, TN and UT, though we can ship a complete mocktail kit to guests in those states. Adult signature is required. Packages not signed for will be returned to sender after three delivery attempts. Please provide your guests' email addresses for tracking information.

    We’ll spin a prize wheel three times and choose three lucky winners to each receive the gift of their choice from our Tasty Treat and Gift Box options. After your event, the winners will receive an email to input their address and select their chosen prize!

Pricing includes shipping to all 50 states and US territories. International shipping to Canada available for an additional $8 per box and select other countries for $20 per box.

  • We have a limited number of kits available. We recommend you book for your maximum expected guest count to ensure availability. All kits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, which includes increasing head counts after booking.

  • For groups of 100+, we'll set your team up with multiple concurrent sessions.

  • Kits can only be shipped within the United States.
