How it works

What if your life functioned like a video game? 

In this interactive workshop, participants enter a playful “workplace game world” where they collect power-ups, overcome challenges, and unlock strategies for improving team wellbeing.

Using game-inspired mechanics, teams explore simple but powerful habits that improve energy, mindset, and connection at work. Along the way, participants collaborate with teammates, practice reframing workplace challenges, and discover small actions that can dramatically improve the workday.

The experience blends psychology, team interaction, and light competition to help participants build their own set of “power-ups” they can use long after the workshop ends.

By the end of the session, participants walk away with an energized boost to the day!

    Review the theoretical foundations of the Sustainable Happiness Model - intentional daily activities have a large impact on overall wellbeing.
  3. Welcome to Superteam: Pick your game character
    5 minutes
    Participants select a character that represents their strengths.
  4. Coin Collection - Earn your 1-up!
    10 minutes
    Coin collection represents small actions individuals take daily which accumulate to increase their wellbeing.
  5. Power-up: Mushroom
    15 minutes
    Power-ups are activities larger than coins that provide a larger boost in wellbeing. Mushroom unlocks the science of social connection and connection through a game.
  6. Enemy: Twin-Spin Spell & strategy to defeat
    10 minutes
    Enemy are items that set back out wellbeing. Learn the science behind a common setback, negativity bias, and learn a strategy to defeat.
  7. Final Coin Collection
    5 minutes
    Teams complete their final coin collection actions before timer runs out.
  8. Level Complete!
    5 minutes
    Teams celebrate their victory!
