- Avocado-themed trivia where participants must write answers down on their whiteboards, buzz in, or shout out the answers. - There are bonus challenges in between the trivia as well.

A creative challenge where teams practice collaboration as well as piping skills to get themselves in a cake decorating mindset.
Theme selection and Secret Ingredients

5 minutes

The team with the most points gets to pick the theme of the cake decorating competition as well as getting first dibs for the secret ingredients. Each team will get at least one secret ingredient.
Cake Decorating

Teams work together to decorate their cakes to fit the theme.
Pitch Session

5 minutes

Teams must present their cake to the group. They can do this through aesthetics, song, dance, you name it! Why is their cake the best?
Voting

5 minutes

Participants vote on the best cake using digital forms/typeform or the client can pre-set celebrity judges.
Eating

5 minutes

Teams get a chance to cut into cakes and eat while the host calculates the winner.
