This event uses a flat-rate pricing model based on your group size. There’s no per-person cost to calculate; just one simple rate depending on how many guests you have. A minimum of 30 participants is required to run the event. Pricing is as follows:
- 30 to 100 people: $2,500
- 101 to 200 people: $5,000
- 201 to 300 people: $7,500
- 301 to 400 people: $10,000
- 401 to 500 people: $12,500
