How it works

Step into the arena for Minigame Madness, a high-energy, 90-minute team building experience that brings all the excitement of the Olympic Games to your conference room. Designed for large groups, this event transforms your team into two mega-teams competing head-to-head in a rapid-fire series of hilarious, challenging, and wildly creative minigames. From paper airplane showdowns to pop culture trivia, and from relay races to surprise musical performances, Minigame Madness is as dynamic as your team.

Whether your team thrives on friendly competition or just loves a good laugh, Minigame Madness is packed with opportunities to engage every participant. Some games feature the entire group, while others invite volunteers onstage for unforgettable spotlight moments. And with custom music cues and creative halftime antics, the experience feels more like a high-stakes variety show than your average team outing.

What sets this event apart is its flexibility, adaptability, and ability to bring out the best in teams of all sizes and personalities. With challenges that test creativity, coordination, memory, and quick thinking, every participant has a chance to shine, whether they’re throwing foam darts, singing their heart out, or racing a baton around the room.

Perfect for conferences, large all-hands meetings, or energizing off-sites, Minigame Madness is an epic morale boost wrapped in cheering, laughter, and connection. Let your team compete, collaborate, and celebrate their way to victory in an event they’ll talk about long after the final “team... building!” chant.

This event uses a flat-rate pricing model based on your group size. There’s no per-person cost to calculate; just one simple rate depending on how many guests you have. A minimum of 30 participants is required to run the event. Pricing is as follows:

  • 30 to 100 people: $2,500
  • 101 to 200 people: $5,000
  • 201 to 300 people: $7,500
  • 301 to 400 people: $10,000
  • 401 to 500 people: $12,500

If your group size is close to the edge of a tier, feel free to reach out and we’ll help determine the best option for your team. Pricing above does not include travel costs in select cities.

Agenda

A step-by-step look at how the experience unfolds.

Total time: 90 minutes
  1. Welcome, Introduction, & Team Formation
    15 minutes
We'll welcome your group, set the stage for an unforgettable 90 minutes, and split the room right down the middle into Team A vs. Team B. It's a head-to-head battle royale!
  2. First Half: World Record Holders
    10 minutes
Your event hosts will call out rapid-fire categories. Folks will discuss in small groups who in their group best meets the prompt, then we'll find out who in the entire group is the category winner. For example, the host might ask, "Who in this group has the most siblings?" Small groups discuss, then nominate the person in their group with the most siblings to crown the ultimate champion of the whole room.
  3. First Half: Paper Airplane Throw
    5 minutes
Get nostalgic! Six nominated champions come to the front of the room and compete in making and throwing a paper airplane.
  4. First Half: Done That Darts
    10 minutes
Your event hosts will call out a category. Any guests who meet the category will stand up. If someone on your team stands up, your team earns a dart to throw for points.
  5. First Half: Stack Attack
    10 minutes
Folks must make a tower out of stacked solo cups, but there's a catch! Your groups must correctly answer trivia questions to win more cups for their tower -- the tallest tower wins!
  6. Halftime Show: Mascot Parade
    15 minutes
Each small group receives supplies to make one representative from their group into a bird mascot. Once the time is up, the mascots will make their way to the front of the room and give us their best parade/runway walk.
  7. Halftime Show: Finish the Lyrics
    5 minutes
Your event host will play a song for each team and then stop the song. The team must keep singing the next lyrics to earn points.
  8. Second Half: Relay Race
    5 minutes
While sitting, folks must race a baton from the front of the room to the back of the room by passing it off to folks behind them.
  9. Second Half: Movin' On Up
    5 minutes
Two competitors come to the front of the room to compete in a head-to-head challenge where they must move one solo cup from the bottom of the stack to the top by taking cups from the top (one at a time) and moving them to the bottom.
  10. Second Half: Majority Rules
    5 minutes
Your event host will pose a question to the entire room, e.g. "Coffee or tea?" Two champions will have to predict what the majority of people will say by writing down the expected answer on white boards. If they are correct, they earn points.
  11. Finale: Beach Ball Bash!
    5 minutes
Your event host will throw beach balls into the room and the entire group must keep as many beach balls in the air for 2-3 minutes as possible. The number of beach balls still in the air at the end will result in points.
  12. Conclusion
    5 minutes
It's time to crown the winner!
