Welcome + set up

10 minutes

Our charming host will greet your guests as they arrive and will explain the event flow and activities. This step sets the tone of the experience and outlines what guests can expect for the next 90 minutes. Namely, a collaborative competition inspired by classic game shows and designed to create friendships, forge bonds, build skills and inspire strong teamwork– each game with a specific intention to strengthen key teamwork skills.
Team Formation

5 minutes

In the team formation round, participants work together to choose a team name and assign a spokesperson. This phase plays a pivotal role in establishing the necessary structure and promoting positive group interactions, regardless of group size.
International Icebreaker Bingo

15 minutes

Each team gets a bingo board filled with global icebreaker prompts. Team members chat and learn all about each other's travel experience as they fill out the board and earn points for any bingos they achieve by getting 5 in a row, column, and diagonal.
International Jeoparty

20 minutes

Our take on Jeopardy --> Teams work together to answer trivia questions from our specially designed Jeoparty Board app. Teams can pick between 10, 30, and 50 point questions in a variety of international-themed categories. After picking a question, each team has 10 seconds to lock in an answer. If they get it wrong, other teams get a chance to steal the points. In classic Jeopardy fashion, all answers must be phrased in the form of a question.
Guess What: Famous Landmarks

10 minutes

Each team gets a game board with 40 different landmarks from around the world. During the game, teams ask their host yes or no questions to narrow down which landmark is the correct answer. This game encourages collaboration and learning without requiring outside knowledge as teams may use the internet to research the locations as they work toward a common goal.
Final Jeoparty

10 minutes

Teams get the chance to decide how many points they wager, then we ask a difficult question. If a team gets the answer correct, the points they wagered are doubled. If a team gets the answer incorrect, they lose all points they wagered. This round pairs a general knowledge quiz with group decision-making.
Winners + wrap up

10 minutes

Your hosts will carefully tally up the points, announcing the winners and culminating the event in a tone of celebration and unity. In commemoration, our team will capture a group photo and the event will conclude with an uplifting team cheer.

Send your guests a cocktail or mocktail kit right to their front door! Options rotate seasonally so there's always a fresh new drink for your group to enjoy. Your guests will be able to choose from two or three different alcoholic kits, which include mini bottles of alcohol and enough fix-ins to make two drinks, or a non-alcoholic kit with everything needed for a delicious mocktail. For 100 or fewer kits, addresses are due at least 10 days before your event. For 101 or more kits, addresses are due at least 15 days before your event. This add-on is only available for participants within the continental United States. Alcohol cannot be shipped to the following states: AL, AR, ID, VA, MI, NC, OH, TN and UT, though we can ship a complete mocktail kit to guests in those states. Adult signature is required. Packages not signed for will be returned to sender after three delivery attempts. Please provide your guests' email addresses for tracking information.
