Carly Hill

Carly is the Managing Director at teambuilding.com, where she leads a remote team of managers, team leads, and individual contributors. In this role, she is responsible for day-to-day operations, making sure projects run smoothly and teams stay aligned across different time zones. She works closely with leadership to set priorities, improve processes, and ensure the company delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for clients. Her role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to keep teams focused and working effectively together.

Carly has extensive experience managing remote teams and building systems that support collaboration and performance. She helps coordinate work across departments, supports team leaders, and makes sure everyone has the tools and clarity they need to succeed. Through this work, she has developed a practical understanding of team dynamics, accountability, and how to keep distributed teams engaged and productive over time.

She holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her background in communication and storytelling supports her ability to lead teams, share clear direction, and manage complex projects effectively.
