Michael Alexis is the founder and CEO of teambuilding.com, one of the world’s largest platforms for team-building events and experiences. Under his leadership, the company has served more than 45,000 clients, including organizations like Google, Amazon, and Netflix, and has facilitated tens of thousands of team-building experiences for teams around the world. His work focuses on helping companies improve collaboration, communication, employee engagement, and workplace connection.

Michael has built and led a global remote team, giving him hands-on experience in distributed work, leadership, hiring, training, accountability, and organizational culture. He writes about team building, remote work, employee engagement, leadership, workplace trends, and the systems that help teams do better work together.

Michael has a background in both business and law. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and later completed his law degree at the University of British Columbia, with a focus on business law. After being called to the bar in Ontario, he practiced law before transitioning fully into entrepreneurship.
