In-person team building FAQs
Which cities do you cover for in-person team building?
We maintain a vetted in-person network in 40+ major metros across the United States and Canada, and can arrange trusted partners in Europe and APAC on request. If your city is not on the list, our producers will suggest nearby facilitators or travel-in talent.
Can you host the event at our office or help source a venue?
Most in-person experiences are mobile and can be delivered right in your office or at a venue you secure. We're happy to recommend the space requirements and preferred layouts, and to coordinate with your chosen venue once it is booked, but we do not source or reserve locations on your behalf.
How much lead time do you need for an in-person event?
We recommend booking two to four weeks in advance so we can secure facilitators, venues, and supplies. If you are on a tight timeline, let us know—our rapid-response team can typically stand up smaller activations within a week.
Do you manage logistics like staffing, materials, and setup?
Absolutely. Your producer coordinates facilitators, onsite staff, materials shipment, setup, and breakdown. We will also share a day-of run-of-show so your team knows when to arrive, how long the activation lasts, and any prep needed.
Can remote teammates join the in-person experience?
Hybrid add-ons are available for many offerings. We can stream key segments, ship activity kits to remote teammates, or schedule a companion virtual session so distributed teammates feel included.
