Gingerbread Games, an all-new version of our most popular holiday event, Gingerbread Wars, is a fast-paced, wildly fun team-building event perfect for adding a touch of sweet and spice to your holiday season.

During your event, your team will unbox their gingerbread house kits with everything needed to compete in an epic holiday showdown. Then, your high-energy holiday host will lead your group through gingerbread games and other holiday-themed competitions to crown your team's ultimate gingerbread champion.

These mini games give teams the chance to fine-tune their teamwork, all while good-naturedly ribbing other teams and earning extra decorations.

Finally, the main event – teams race against the clock, battle the laws of frosting physics, and unleash their collective creativity to build the most unique and often hilarious gingerbread houses you've ever seen.

Your host arranges for the kits to arrive at your location, handles set up and clean up, and makes sure that your teams have the most delightful and delicious time imaginable.

We'll gather your team together and walk them through what's about to be an epic gingerbread adventure packed full of games, challenges, and activities designed to promote team building and festive holiday fun.
Team formation

5 minutes

Groups decide on a festive team name and team captain. There may also be a small challenge/ice breaker. The punniest team names may even score bonus points!
Ginger-Trivia and Ginger-Challenges

25 minutes

Teams will compete to win points that will help them earn secret ingredients to add to their gingerbread house. These merry missions bolster team spirit and holiday spirit for the decorating challenge ahead. Example activities include trivia, randomly drawn tasks, and possibly even dress-up challenges.
Themes + secret ingredients!

5 minutes

This winning team will choose the theme for gingerbread decorating and have the first shot at picking a secret ingredient. Every team will get at least one secret ingredient.
Gingerbread Games

30 minutes

Teams build the most creative gingerbread house they can, based on a group theme. During this time, participants can cheer on their teammates, razz other teams, and use their full arsenal of edible accoutrements to create the gingerbread homes of their wildest dreams.
House Pitches

5 minutes

Teams each have 30 seconds to share their creative vision and give the rest of the group a tour of their cookie crib.

Host judges and participants will cast votes for the gingerbread house that trumps the rest.
Winners + wrap up

10 minutes

Who won? We'll crown your office's ultimate gingerbread champion! Then, in the spirit of seasonal solidarity, we'll snap a group photo and raise your crew's holiday cheer with a team cheer.
