Our charming host will greet your guests and explain the event flow and activities. This step sets the tone of the experience and outlines what guests can expect for the next 90 minutes. Namely, a collaborative competition inspired by the winter holidays and classic game shows and designed to create friendships, forge bonds, build skills and inspire strong teamwork– each game with a specific intention to strengthen key teamwork skills.
Team formation + initial challenges

10 minutes

In the team formation round, participants work together to choose a team name and assign a spokesperson. This phase plays a pivotal role in establishing the necessary structure and promoting positive group interactions, regardless of group size. Groups solidify dynamics and practice their teamwork with their first set of tasks.
Holiday Jeoparty!

25 minutes

Teams work together to answer trivia questions from our specially designed Jeoparty Board app. Teams can pick between a 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 point question. After picking a question, each team has 10 seconds to lock in an answer. If they get it wrong, other teams get a chance to steal the points. In classic game show fashion, all answers must be phrased in the form of a question.
Triangle

10 minutes

One person from each team gets to be a clue giver who has to quickly communicate words to their teammates without saying the words themselves.
Holiday Feud

25 minutes

Teams guess the most common (not the most correct!) response to a holiday-themed poll question. They earn more points for more popular answers. We play this game round robin style so all teams get to guess on all categories.
Final Jeoparty!

10 minutes

Teams get the chance to decide how many points they wager, then we ask a difficult holiday question. If a team gets the answer correct, the points they wagered are doubled. If a team gets the answer incorrect, they lose all points they wagered.
Winners & Wrap-Up

5 minutes

Your hosts will carefully tally up the points, announcing the winners and culminating the event in a tone of celebration and unity. In commemoration of your holiday event, our team will capture a group photo, and the event will conclude with an uplifting team cheer.
