    About Jessica

    Jessica is a writer and researcher with a background in English and Asian Studies, and a focus on communication across cultures. She brings experience working with international teams, including more than three years living and working in Taiwan. Through this work, she developed a practical understanding of how cultural differences shape communication styles, collaboration, and team dynamics.
