Angela Robinson is a marketing professional with strong experience in team building and team development. As Marketing Coordinator at teambuilding.com, she helped support thousands of team-building events for companies around the world. Through this work, she built a practical understanding of what helps teams communicate better, build trust, and stay engaged—whether in-person or remote. Her role sat between marketing and operations, giving her direct exposure to how team-building programs are designed, delivered, and improved over time.
Angela managed a global group of remote team members and contractors, helping coordinate projects across different time zones and departments. She worked closely with event hosts, client advisors, and leadership to improve event experiences, refine messaging, and make sure programs delivered real value for clients. By reviewing feedback and performance data from events, she helped identify what worked best and contributed to improving future programs. This gave her hands-on experience with team dynamics, employee engagement, and the kinds of activities that drive better collaboration.
She also served on the company’s culture committee, where she helped run internal initiatives focused on employee engagement and workplace experience. This included planning activities and programs to keep a remote team connected and motivated. Before joining teambuilding.com, Angela worked at Yelp, where she planned events for local businesses. That experience gave her a strong foundation in organizing group experiences and understanding how to create events that people actually enjoy and remember.
